- 1 lbGround Beef
- 1 StalkCelery, chopped
- 1 SmallYellow Onion, finely diced
- ½ TablespoonGarlic, minced
- 15 ozPetite Diced Tomatoes
- 15 ozTomato Sauce
- 15 ozDark Red Kidney Beans
- 15 ozBeef Broth
- 15 ozBlack Beans
- 1 ½ tbspChili Powder
- 1 tspGround Cumin
- 1 tspWorcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- In a large pot brown and crumble 1 lb Ground Beef with 1 Stalk Celery, 1 Small Yellow Onion, and ½ Tablespoon Garlic over medium high heat (until meat is completely brown and vegetables are tender.) Season with a little salt and pepper, to taste
- Drain excess grease.
- Open cans of 15 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes, 15 oz Tomato Sauce, 15 oz Dark Red Kidney Beans, 15 oz Beef Broth, and 15 oz Black Beans and dump the content of those into the pot.
- Add in 1 ½ tbsp Chili Powder, 1 tsp Ground Cumin and 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce and mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Cover with lid and cook on low till integrated. Remove lid and let steam until desired thickness.
- Taste before serving and add more salt and pepper if necessary. Top each serving with your favorite toppings like: shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, green onions sour cream.
